At CSPzone, we strive to provide excellent service. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Government Fees
Government fees (license fees, visa fees, etc.) are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authorities. These fees are passed through at cost and are subject to the refund policies of the respective government entities.
Service Fees
Our service fees are refundable under the following conditions:
- Full refund: If you cancel before any processing begins
- Partial refund: If you cancel after processing has started but before submission to authorities
- No refund: Once documents have been submitted to government authorities
Application Rejection
If your application is rejected by government authorities:
- Government fees are generally non-refundable (subject to authority policies)
- We will work with you to address rejection reasons at no additional service charge
- If rejection is due to circumstances beyond our control, no service fee refund will be issued
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@cspzone.com with:
- Your application/ticket ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.
